The Cruciform® Priority Cleaning System

The Cruciform Priority Cleaning System card has a number of pages, as follows:

	Priority 1 This starts the cleaning/disinfection process and must be completed first. It has checklists for cause of infection, infestation or contamination, names of cleaning/disinfection operatives and person giving authority to start process and ensure that preparatory issues are dealt with.
	Priority 2 This page follows the priority 1 page and continues the cleaning/disinfection process, with emphasis on removing gross contamination and infected objects.
	Priority 3 This page follows the priority 2 page and continues the process with emphasis on cleaning, then disinfection of all objects and surfaces in the room/space.
	White Page This page ensures that all foregoing processes have been satisfactorily completed and that all administrative issues have been dealt with and forms handed over.
